I've been with Lawn Doctor for several years and cannot recommend them more highly. Previous to that, I suffered thru years of unfortunate experiences with TruGreen, who would schedule appointments but then never show up. Thankfully, Lawn Doctor honors its commitment to customers; the techs arrive on time and are always courteous and professional. Similarly, the front office staff is always warm and welcoming. Everyone has been amazing to work with from Lawn Dr. Jessie has giving me some great advice on other things I can do to help increase the effectiveness of the applications and Diane is always so helpful over the phone with any questions. I also think the turf talk flyer that is left at the door is a great reference. The only other feedback I’d give is that they could probably do without the plastic curb marker to indicate an application was applied or give the option to opt out. ~ Brian S
Quality of work is outstanding, in fact when quite a few of my neighbors saw the quality and improvement to my lawn, along with the reasonable pricing, they also began to use the lawn doctor.
